Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a minimum required number of users?

No. There are no restrictions on the number of users for any subscription type. 

How do unlimited user subscriptions work?

Unlimited users are available for MW-based Unlimited Enterprise subscriptions. These subscriptions are priced in tiers according to the total DC capacity of active projects in your SolarGrade account.

If you exceed your subscription's MW tier, you will be notified and your account will be upgraded to the next tier on a pro-rated basis. Subscribers can also deactivate projects to ensure they remain within the DC capacity limits of their subscription. 

Can I change the number of users in my subscription?

For monthly subscriptions, the number of users can be changed at any time. Account administrators can add and remove users as their needs change. 

For annual subscriptions, users can be added to the account on a pro-rated basis at any time during the subscription term. 

What are SolarGrade's terms and conditions?

SolarGrade subscriptions are subject to our Privacy Policy, Terms Of Service, and End User License Agreement. 

Can I trial your software?

Yes! We offer a 14-day trial for teams to evaluate SolarGrade. Our trial accounts include all core SolarGrade features.

There are no restrictions on the number of users that can participate in a SolarGrade trial. 

Teams that work with vendors and subcontractors in the field are able to invite third-party users in their trial account. Contact us to request a trial.
