ANALYTICS

SolarGrade Analytics is a dashboard of metrics about your team’s site visits. It provides fast access to data collected with the SolarGrade app. Analytics summarizes data from SolarGrade site visits into fifteen filterable graphs, charts, and tables. The new dashboard helps teams address questions like:
- What are the top safety and reliability risks in my fleet? How many sites are affected?
- What projects cause the most truck rolls? The fewest?
- Which tickets stay open the longest? Shortest?
- What training do my technicians need?
APIs
Interested in integrating other software? Use our open API or Make to build the connections your team needs.
Procore Integration
Available for All Accounts
Our native Procore API integration allows you to send SolarGrade issues to contractors as punch items in Procore and vice-versa, then sync the status of punch items back to SolarGrade. Check out our Support Center’s API Integration tutorials to get started.

Description field for Sections in Templates
Available for All Accounts
You can now add a description to each section of a site visit in both templates and site visits. These descriptions show up in reports, giving clients much-needed context around your findings. It’s a small addition that makes your reports easier to follow and a lot more professional.
Rich Text in All Fields
All text fields (except titles) now support rich formatting like bold, italics, headers, and lists. Organize your notes, highlight critical issues, and make long reports easier to read at a glance. Say goodbye to the wall of text and watch your reports level up.

Improved .docx Export Layout

We’ve refined the layout for .docx report exports, so your images and content display cleanly and consistently. That means you can easily copy and paste from SolarGrade .docx exports into any other standard MS Word document.
The end result? Polished, professional-looking reports that fit into your team’s existing tools and processes.
Report Sharing
Available for Enterprise Accounts Only
You can now import SolarGrade reports from other companies directly into your account. Importing a report will generate a read-only site visit based on the report directly in your account.
It’s perfect for partnerships, contractors, and multi-team operations. Collaboration stays simple with everyone on the same page with each report’s progress and findings.

Google Maps Hyperlinked

Project addresses are now clickable on the desktop and open directly in Google Maps. Whether you’re planning routes or checking site locations on the fly, you can get there more quickly. Just click and go.
TEAMS
Deactivated Users, Preserved History
Available for All Accounts
When someone leaves your team, deactivated user site data and notes have always stayed intact. Now, they are dynamic and you can continue to filter and explore fieldwork history regarding those users that were removed, long after they left.

We’ve upgraded how PDF files are stored within SolarGrade. The result is faster load times, better performance, and improved storage capacity across the board. It’s one of those behind the scenes improvements you’ll feel every day.
